As part of our value-added program, XIMR has formalized a process whereby, senior alumni from the erstwhile Xavier Institute Management (who have been integrated into XIMR alumni network) mentor two students each for a year by providing them industry live-projects and guiding them throughout. In addition, these mentors are invited to participate in case discussion sessions with our students so that they can bring industry perspective and professional experience to classroom learning.

XIMR is also contemplating a continuous learning process whereby all XIM/XIMR alumni will be provided courses in Advanced Management (either General Management or Functional Specializations as required) on an annual basis so that they remain at the cutting edge of their industry/profession, thereby enabling them to make a substantial contribution to society as a whole.

The core faculty works closely with alumni in all the above programs.

This program ensures that, once a student enters the XIMR family he/she remains an active participator and co-creator of value, as a student, course instructor etc. life long.
