Xavier Institute of Management and Research (XIMR) in collaboration with the Academy of Human Resources Development (AHRD) presents YUGMA 2023. YUGMA is a Sanskrit word for Convergence. The event will focus on the possibilities that could be created, by leveraging the synergies between industry and academia.

The theme for YUGMA 2023 is
“Decoding Business and People - India @ 2030”

As seen over the last few decades, and particularly during the last 24-30 months, many organizations through their people, have challenged the status quo with their disruptive thinking and action thereby breaking the myth of a steady state.

In the coming decade, this move is likely to be accelerated in line with the growing spirit of a New and Dynamic India. YUGMA 2023, would look ahead, decode, and explore the opportunities and anticipated trends expected in the Indian context. This conclave would be held at the Quadrangle of St Xavier’s college, which has a legacy of over 150 years and has been witness to many a change in India.

The event planned at this historic location is designed to explore India over the next decade and articulate an agenda that businesses and academia could build in their approach to be future ready. During this conclave, we will hear first-hand from leading industry representatives about their perspectives of the emerging business trends and changing business landscape leading up to India @ 2030 and the role of academia aligned to these trends for meeting people needs in organizations.
